Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Support Group of Aldine-Harris County is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Grandparents Raising Grandchildren was founded in 2003.In an effort to better assist and equip local grandparents and guardians, the Grandparents Raising Grandchildren host an annual family strengthening conference with over 40 vendors in attendance. This FREE event provides the needed information to empower and strengthen the families. Grandparents raising grandchildren also assist kinship, single mothers and single fathers.

The Family Strengthening Conference promoted good self-esteem for the children and provides the resources for the adults.
